Welcome to the Service. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, storefront, dashboard, and the digital scripts and related resources (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account or purchasing a product you agree to these Terms.
1. Who we are
the Service is an online marketplace that sells server-side scripts and related digital resources for RedM and FiveM communities. All products are delivered digitally through your customer dashboard.
2. Accounts
You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account.
3. Licensing of scripts
Every purchase grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and run the purchased script on servers you own or operate. Unless a product page states otherwise, one purchase covers a single production server.
You may not:
- redistribute, resell, sublicense, lease, or publicly host the source of any script;
- share your license, downloads, or account credentials with third parties;
- remove, obscure, or alter copyright notices contained in any resource;
- use the scripts to build or operate a competing marketplace.
You may modify scripts for use on your own server. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by the original authors and the Service.
4. Orders, pricing and taxes
Prices are shown in the currency indicated at checkout. Taxes and processing fees, where applicable, are calculated and displayed before you confirm payment. Payments are processed by Stripe; the Service never receives or stores your full card details.
5. Delivery
Access to your purchase is granted automatically once payment is confirmed. You can download the files at any time from your dashboard under Downloads.
6. All sales are final
Every product is a digital good delivered instantly to your account. All sales are final — we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any purchase for any reason. If a product does not work as described, our support team will provide a fix at no additional cost, but that fix does not entitle you to a refund. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
7. Support and updates
Product updates and support terms are described on each product page. Contacting support is the required first step before initiating any chargeback or dispute.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to violate any law, infringe intellectual property, or attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform.
9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The Service and the scripts are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service and the script authors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and total liability for any claim relating to a product is capped at the amount you paid for that product in the twelve months preceding the claim.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms, including any account used to redistribute purchased scripts. Termination for cause revokes all associated licenses.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on this page and become effective when posted. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
